The hotel was terrific with a great breakfast and an amazing location near the skilift Teola. It was conveniently located close to the hotel's restaurant, downtown, and offered stunning views of the mountains overlooking the Livigno center. It was just a pleasant stroll away from Sparky's Grill, which serves delicious fast food.

liked this clean and terrific place, well-mannered staff and huge rooms. the service was great in my opinion. there were clean pool, private parking, yet i liked hotel's magnificent views more. i booked it many times and recommend.

The hotel was wonderful, and the staff were top-class, making for a really nice experience overall. the room was modern, featuring a wonderful view over the town and mountains, complemented by nice decor. the bed was comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. Customer care was outstanding. the location is stunning, situated in a quiet area that is conveniently close to a cafe and the mountains, just a short distance from the Livigno center.

Hotel is being transformed from 3* to 4*. Hotel was overbooked (??), offer was to stay in appartement in city. Hotel has no staff that is not managing its personel. Hotel is situated far from centre and parking is not available although booked! Never again!

I was missing vegetables on breakfasts, otherwise they were really good and rich.

Very nice stay, everithing was perfekt!

The hotel's decoration was simply stunning, with elegant and tasteful touches throughout. The common areas were beautifully furnished, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was easy for senior people like me to navigate around the hotel, with convenient ramps and elevators in place.

I would have appreciated better accessibility aids for senior people, such as handrails in the bathrooms or grab bars in the showers.

I had a fantastic stay at the charming hotel in Livigno. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious with a wide selection of cheeses, bakery items, and fresh fruits. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The staff were friendly and multilingual, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the spa area, with its inviting fragrances and relaxing amenities. The indoor pool and sauna were a perfect way to unwind after a day of skiing. I also treated myself to a massage, which was incredibly beneficial. The hotel's convenient garage for parking my motorcycle was a great bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in beautiful Livigno.

Good Hotel, close to ski lift

The room was recently refurbished to a high standard and was very attractive and comfortable. Facilites were good.

The food was awful. It was school dinner standard, poor quality, poorly prepared, soup and vegetables tasted as though they were tinned. Food ran out at breakfast at least an hour before the end of the breakfast period and what was left was cold. The staff were robotic.
